You won’t get arrested for a joint or a number of grams of cannabis in Milan. But getting or advertising lawful marijuana is still a no-go. The police may get your prescription drugs and offer you a ticket as a substitute. But, marketing or sharing cannabis remains to be an enormous no-no.
